Director Thomas Leslie Turner, an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Export and an MLA licensed meat exporter, has accrued a wide knowledge of foods and beverages cultural/religious requirements for many countries and is conversant with quality and service requirements demanded by chefs and other professionals at all levels.

The company specialises in new product development and the adaptation of products to suit market requirements always complying with country/religious labelling requirements. T.L.Turner & Associates has the ability and long experience in sourcing virtually any Australian perishable, non-perishable food and/or beverage and consolidating for one-stop-shop export shipments.

The company has close working relationships with many Australian manufacturers and processors, often acting as the export arm for some smaller companies. Services include representation and sales of Australian products, transport to point of export, products consolidation and shipment by air or sea of perishable and non-perishable foods and beverages by the most economical and direct means to country of destination.

A long experience and close working with air freight and sea freight forwarders enables the selection of and giving directions on routing with overriding supervision on documentation and export loading. Standard services to customers include advance forwarding of air waybill or Bill of Lading documentation, customer format invoices and packing lists, health certificates and any other documentation such as Certificates of Australian Origin, halal certification and others as required.
