Wines can be provided in 750mL and 187mL glass, 187mL PET for still wines and in 200mL PET piccolo bottles for bubbly. Bottled under buyers own brand or our brands.

Thomas Russell
Sir Thomas fortified wines include Ruby Port (Australian Ruby), Tawny Port (Australian Tawny), Muscat, Vintage, Medium, Dry and Cream Sherry (Apera), Tokay and Vermouth. New Australian names for former geographic indications are shown in brackets.
Fortified wines are available for contract bottling under Sir Thomas brand or customer’s own brand.
Thomas Russell sources table wines from notable wine estates in both Australia and New Zealand wine regions. They are rated and described by a consultant Master of Wines. Thomas Russell wines must fall within one of three Master of Wines score point ranges as shown below in groups according to their show standard medal classes; with the wines’ actual MW score point rating and description published on the label itself. This is gives a guarantee of wine quality.

Wine professionally rated and described by an independent Master of Wines is the Thomas Russell guarantee that the wine in the bottle is true to its label. Thomas Russell wines are bottled to contract order.
MIO
Premium wines bottled in lightweight, unbreakable and recyclable 187mL PET for airlines, cruise ships, catering, mini-bar, poolside, leisure or anywhere glass is not permitted. Where there are no restrictions on glass as a packaging medium Mío is also available to order in 187mL glass bottles.
PET bottles with 4% oxygen barrier scavenge give a 16 months best before period from date of bottling. Wines are also avail-
able in 187mL glass with long shelf life of many years.
Mío Wine for One is our stock brand but customers may have wines bottled under their own label. OnCruise, Club Class, Bon Voyage and Traveller also available for 187mL in either PET or glass.
Wines are rigorously selected by tasting panels and/or our Master of Wines consultant. These high quality wines are the same wines as are served in Business Class on many international airlines but under vineyards’ own labels.
Minimum order is 180 cartons of 24 x 187mL.

With wines sourced, from all Australian wine regions, our winemaker’s selection offers flexibility in styles, taste profiles
and price to suit customer’s market. Wines may be red or white table wines, sparkling/bubbly or even fortified wines.
Wines for contract bottling can be selected by customers from reference samples; bottled and labeled with one of our’s, as per example shown, or buyers own. A back label can give winemaker’s tasting and vintage notes and customer details.
Wines may be bottled with customer’s own brand or brand from our label library.

2011 Shiraz Cabernet
Tasting notes
Bright crimson with violet hues, this wine displays rich fruits of the forest, berry aromas with hints of mint, rosemary, basil and black pepper.
A soft medium to full bodied red wine with rich fruit flavours of mulberry, plum, cassis and cherry. The wine displays savoury notes of Rosemary, Basil and black pepper and is supported by subtle cinnamon and nutmeg spiced oak flavours. This wine has a firm fine tannin structure that is perfectly balanced by ripe juicy fruit. This wine finishes with lingering flavours of wild berries and subtle peppermint.
Winemaker’s Notes
Mild and cool conditions prevailed in 2011 leading to wines with medium bodied structure, sweet fruit and soft tannins.
